Shipping policy

You are responsible for all shipping cost, including all expedited shipping cost if you want order shipped faster.

Once your order ships, it is within the responsibility of the delivery provider to deliver. We are not responsible for what occurs to shipments while in the possession of the delivery provider.

Mockups/drafts

You are agreeing that mockups/drafts will be emailed to you and not by text or direct message via social media.

Mockups are sent out via email

You will receive your first via email. Once the design is approved, we will complete and ship your order.
